You can view, change, and manage details about your subscription/s in My Account.
To manage your subscription/s, log in, and click on your name on the top right corner. A drop-down menu will appear.
Click on "My account details".
Click on the "Manage my subscriptions" button.
In Manage my subscriptions you can:
- View subscription details
- Change your payment method
- Update your credit card details
- View billing information such as next billing date, frequency, and amount
- Change your subscription payment frequency from quarterly payments to annual payments
- Cancel the next subscription payment
If you can't see a banner to switch to annual payments and would like to switch, get in touch with Customer Service.
