As, we have recently changed our credit card processing platform, depending on when you have started your current subscription with us your experience will be slightly different.
If you have signed up to a new subscription or had a recurring subscription before 01/02/2020.
- Click on "Hi, (Your Name)" on the top right corner of the website.
- Click on "My Account details" in the drop-down menu.
- Click on "Update credit card details" on the left side side of the screen under "Account details".
- Enter your credit card number.
- Enter your name on the card.
- Enter your expiry date.
- Read our Terms & Conditions and tick the box "I have read and accepted the CHOICE terms & conditions".
- Click on the green "Confirm >" button.
If you have a new subscription as of the 01/02/2020.
- Click on "Hi, (Your Name)" on the top right corner of the website.
- Click on "My Account details" in the drop-down menu.
- Click on "Update credit card details" on the left side side of the screen under "Account details".
- Enter your credit card number, and CVC.
- Click on the green "Update" button.
Important: For your security, never provide your credit card details via email. Log in to 'My account' to update payment details securely.
