As we have recently changed our credit card processing platform, depending on when you have started your current subscription with us, your experience will be slightly different.
If you signed up for a new subscription or had a recurring subscription before 01/02/2020.
- Click on "Hi, (Your Name)" on the top right corner of the website.
- Click on "My profile details" in the drop-down menu.
- Click on "View Payment History" on the left side of the screen under "Account details".
- Click on "Email my tax invoice" on the payment.
If you signed up for a new subscription after the 01/02/2020.
- Once logged in, click on "Hi, (Your Name)" on the top right corner of the website.
- Click on "My account details". You'll be taken to a section called My Account
- In My Account, click "Account settings" on the right-hand side of the site. A drop-down menu will appear
- Click "Payment history". Here, you can view your payment history for Subscriptions and Donations (if you've made one before).
- Under Subscriptions, you can download your invoice by clicking on "Download invoice". This will download a PDF of the selected invoice.
- Click "View payment receipt" to view a receipt. This link will open the receipt in a new browser tab.
Note: If you previously had a subscription that expired with us before the 01/02/2020, and you purchased a new subscription after the 01/02/2020. You may not be able to see your past transaction history, in this case please contact us via this link: https://support.choice.com.au/hc/en-us/requests/new
