If you can't remember your password, you can reset it and create a new one. Follow the steps below to reset your password.

On choice.com.au click Log in on the top right-hand corner.

Enter your email in the field provided. Click Continue

On the ‘Welcome back’ modal, click the ‘Forgot password?’ link

On the ‘Reset your password’ modal, click Continue

You should now see the ‘Check your inbox’ modal. If you’re seeing this modal, it means we’ve sent an email to you with a link to reset your password. Click OK or the X on the top right corner to close the modal. If you can’t find the email, click the ‘re-enter your email address’ link to start the process of changing your password again.

Once you find the email we sent, click on the reset link.

You’ll be taken to a new webpage to create your new password. Enter your new password then click Log in. Once logged in, your new password has been reset.
